Island Garden / Lightning Fall League
Message from Jim Fox, President & CEO

Dear Coaches, Players, and Families,

I want to begin a regular line of communication with everyone involved in
our Fall League. Over the past two weeks, we have begun an exciting new
partnership with Fastbreak AI, the leading scheduling platform used across
professional sports in the United States and Europe. Fastbreak is the
recognized leader in this field—they currently handle scheduling for the
NBA, WNBA, G-League, MLB, NHL, MLS, and major college conferences
such as the SEC, ACC, and Big East.

We are proud to be among their first partners in youth sports. This is proof
that Island Garden and Lightning continue to be at the forefront of
technology to better serve our teams.

That said, youth scheduling presents unique challenges, especially with
coaches leading multiple teams, varied facility requests, and other
complexities that are specific to youth basketball leagues. We are essentially
serving as the test case for Fastbreak AI as they expand into youth sports.
Because of this, we experienced some bumps in releasing the schedule.

The schedules are now posted but remain subject to change. I strongly
urge every team to check the schedule DAILY for updates. We expect to
declare all schedules final within the next week.

I also want to recognize the tireless work of Joe Armenio and Adam
Torregrosa. Over the past 14 days, they have dedicated countless hours to
ensuring that schedules were accurate and distributed as quickly as possible.
Their commitment to our league is greatly appreciated.

Looking ahead, Fastbreak AI is the future of Island Garden/Lightning Super
Leagues and all our tournaments. No other organization in our area has
access to this level of scheduling technology.

We are also proud to announce that Fall Super League has 104 teams
registered, an increase over last year, despite no longer having our own
building. Thanks to the support of our partner facilities and the hard work of
our staff, we continue to grow and provide the highest quality experience.

In the coming weeks, we will release details about our Winter Super League,
which we anticipate will be bigger and better than ever. This season will also
feature new player performance tracking offerings, giving our athletes and
families even more value.

At the same time, we are working daily to finalize plans for a new facility- a
major step forward for Island Garden/Lightning. We are grateful to our
sponsors, community partners, and supporters who are helping us bring this
vision to life. Please stay tuned for an announcement we hope to share in the
near future.

In closing, we have been proudly serving the basketball community for 31
years. Our mission remains the same: growth, improvement, and providing

the best possible service to our athletes. I am fortunate to be surrounded by a
great staff and an incredible community.
