Dear Coaches and Directors,

First and foremost, we want to thank every team in our Fall League (Super League – Fall Edition) for your patience, cooperation, and commitment during the past several weeks. We deeply appreciate your understanding as we worked through the early challenges that came with launching this season.

At the outset, we faced difficulties with both our new scheduling staff and a developing AI scheduling system that was not fully ready to handle the complexity and volume of our Super League operations. Recognizing this, our team worked literally 12 hours a day or more to address every concern and improve the experience for all teams.

Our Response and Progress

To overcome these challenges, we:

• Transitioned back to manual scheduling while simultaneously refining the AI format.
• Partnered closely with the AI company, who made major adjustments to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
• Maintained daily hands-on involvement to ensure every issue received prompt attention.

Special recognition goes to Joe Armenio and Adam Torregrosa, whose tireless work and dedication have been instrumental in turning the corner this Fall.

Looking Ahead: Winter Super League (Starts December 1st)

We are very proud to announce that we have hired the top scheduling expert in the country, a professional who currently works for AAU and personally manages over 50 leagues and tournaments nationwide in addition to all of his AAU work. His unmatched expertise—and his collaboration with our ongoing AI initiatives—will allow us to deliver the most accurate and efficient scheduling system possible.

This national-level scheduling expert will work hand-in-hand with our current staff, who will remain available for day-to-day updates and immediate communication with all teams.

Remaining Fall League Schedule & Playoff Information

• The Fall League has two weeks remaining in the regular season, followed by playoffs.
• No schedule changes can be accepted at this point. We are completely at capacity, and space limitations prevent any further adjustments.
• As per our long-standing policy, any team withdrawing within 72 hours of a scheduled game will forfeit that game. If possible, we will seek a replacement opponent, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Playoff brackets will be based on standings at the time we begin scheduling playoffs. Any unplayed games will be treated as wins for scheduling purposes.
• Playoffs will be single-game elimination.

Our Commitment to You

Over the past six weeks, we’ve learned a great deal and have already begun implementing improvements that will carry into the Winter Super League. We truly believe that our personal commitment and continuous learning are what make our league the best in the New York area.

We value every participant—players, coaches, parents, and organizations—and we thank you sincerely for being part of the Super League family.

We look forward to finishing the Fall League strong and welcoming everyone back for the Winter Super League, beginning December 1st.
