PAYMENT & LATE FEE POLICY
1. Payment Due Date: All registration fees shall be paid in full prior to the participant’s first scheduled game.
2. Late Fee Assessment: Failure to remit full payment by that time shall result in the automatic assessment of a late fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the total amount due, without limitation.
3. Collection of Balance: Such late fee shall be immediately added to the outstanding balance and is subject to collection in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
4. Responsibility for Payment: The participating team coach, club director or team’s responsible party acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for: Timely payment of all fees, any late fees and any collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in enforcing this agreement.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT: The participating team coach, club director or team’s responsible party has read, understands, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and policies stated in this registration form, including the Payment & Late Fee Policy above.
INSURANCE: COI naming Island Garden as Certificate Holder/Additional Insured. (If you do not have your own organizational insurance AAU membership insurance is available and our staff will help you complete that)
