An important part of the Lightning experience is the professional training we offer in addition to our top coaching and highly organized structure.
The next phase of the training will begin on Monday, May 6 at the Island Garden. It will continue each Monday through June 20 for spring season. The times are as follows:
Girls with Coach MaryBeth Kane
3rd, 4th, 5th Graders – 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
6th, 7th, 8th Graders – 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM
***NO SESSIONS ON May 27***
The training will be under the direction of Coach MaryBeth and other Lightning coaches. This is very serious training with the goal being to improve the individual skills of each and every player.
This is a major benefit of being part of the Lightning organization. Our commitment to training is second to none.
There is no additional fee for this training. It is open to all Lightning players who are currently participating in this current season.
